Module 7:
Program Evaluation in Family Centered Services
This module was originally created in August 2001 for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Although the module was specifically designed for Family Centered Services; the general steps that are used for program evaluation can be applied within any agency. This module provides a nine step program evaluation model. The module is designed as a workbook that staff can review and refer to when planning and/or conducting evaluation of a program at their agency. The module was shortened and slightly revised in June, 2005.
